Plan X3 is a working based Matrix with a limited number of places or slots. For each cycle the matrix can hold 3 payments. When the matrix is full, a new one of the same type opens automatically.

X3 Plan has 16 Phases. Every Phase costs exactly twice as much as the previous one and allows you to earn twice as much.

Plan XS is a Passive Income based Superior Matrix model. Plan XS has 2 levels deep with first level holding 3 slots and the second level holding 9. Payments from the 1st Level is from your Level 1 partners and payments from Level 2 is from your Level 1 partner's personal partners.

Similar to X3 whenver any of the Level's slots get filled, a new one of the same type opens automatically.

Passive income in XS Plan is achieved when your superior inviter has invited more than 3 partners, any partner joining further gets attached to his Level 1 partner as SPILLOVER.

No. Purchasing any phase in the program occurs one time and lasts forever. Phases do not have an expiration time at all.

If there are no free places left on a level, then the next partner gets a place in an automatically created matrix of the same level. This is called Repeat/Reinvest/Recycle. The partner who took the last place pays for the new matrix, and the amount goes to a higher-ranked partner. This process is entirely automated.

Overflows are when free places in your platforms are taken by partners whom you yourself didn’t invite. They can come from a higher-ranked or lower-ranked partners.

A Gift payment is received when one of your partners hasn’t reached the level that their partner is activating, and thus the transaction is sent along the chain to you, on the condition that you have this level active. This partner follows you and provides you income, as long as their higher-ranked partner has not activated the missing levels.
